Happy New Tai Chi Year 2020

Welcome to our new year of tai chi classes. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year and that you’re enjoying your break from classes. Are you still doing some tai chi at home and getting together with your tai chi friends to play tai chi together?

Playing Tai Chi

We have changes for 2020!

**Classes will begin for 2020 in the week beginning February 10th not Feb 3rd as originally planned, as I’ll be away for the first week of Feb.
**The price of classes in 2020 will be $10 per session.
**All participants, new and returning, will be required to complete a new enrolment form this term. For those who’d like to get a head start and save time on the first day, you can download an enrolment form here:

Classes:

Mondays
Wanneroo Recreation Centre – Meeting Room 275 Scenic Drive, Wanneroo
Term 1: 10th Feb – 6th Apr (inc)  **No Tai Chi 2nd Mar**

  • 9:15am-10:15am Tai Chi for Arthritis Time changed! – No prior tai chi knowledge expected.
  • 10:30am-11:30am Yang 24 Forms – This ongoing class will have participants with varying levels of experience including active beginners.
  • 11:45am-12:45pm Tai Chi Qigong  New Class!  – No prior tai chi knowledge expected.

Fridays
Banksia Grove Community Centre 14 Grasstree Bend, Banksia Grove
Term 1: 14th Feb – 3rd Apr (inc)

  • 10:30am-11:30am Tai Chi for Energy 1 & 2 – Must have experience with Tai Chi for Energy

Jenolan Way Community Centre Merriwa 16 Jenolan Way, Merriwa
Term 1: 14th Feb – 3rd Apr (inc)

  • 1:00pm-2:00pm* Tai Chi for Arthritis – No prior tai chi knowledge expected.
  • 2:15pm-3:15pm* Tai Chi for Arthritis 1 & 2 – Must have experience with Tai Chi for Arthritis
