New Tai Chi Class

taichi

Tai Chi  is a gentle, but powerful, exercise form suitable  for anyone. It’s particularly good for seniors and others who need help with their balance, strength, and stress relief. I aim to have fun in my classes and I want my participants to enjoy the class and forget their world outside tai chi for an hour. Don’t worry if you have doctor’s appointments or holidays planned. These classes are pay-as-you-go and we do lots of revision so you’ll be able to follow along and pick things up when you get back.

I’ll be starting a new Tai Chi class at Banksia Grove Community Centre, 14 Grasstree Bend, Banksia Grove, on July 22nd, 2016. This class will be marketed towards seniors but all (adult) ages are welcome.

  • Time: 11am-12pm*
  • Cost: $6 per session – pay as you go

No prior tai chi knowledge is expected
